Local Hvac Pros provides residential and commercial HVAC services in San Jose, California and surrounding South Bay communities within a 25-mile radius. Services include but are not limited to air conditioning repair and installation, furnace repair and installation, heat pump systems, duct cleaning and repair, thermostat installation, and indoor air quality solutions.

Service Estimates and Pricing

We provide estimates before beginning work. Prices listed on our website represent starting prices and are subject to change based on the specific requirements of your project. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Additional work beyond the original scope requires your approval before proceeding.

Appointments and Scheduling
